Collaborative logistics

Conventional logistic models revolve around the logistics operator. Additional levels of logistical efficiency can be achieved through the existence of a “trustee” agent who only handles logistics flows of companies that work together. The technology transfer agreement with ZLC provides Improva and their customers collaborative logistics solutions based on game theory. Producing companies start to work logistically between them as a result of the latest research from the MIT centre of excellence in Europe. We know how it's done.

 

Horizontal organisations

In most organisations, middle management tend to be the bottleneck in the process of change. They are asked too much. Agility in decision-making is improved by using models in which the added value is channelled to the workers, not by their superiors, but directly from the support areas. This requires adopting an organisation where middle management add value based on their knowledge and from outside the chain of command, thus shifting from lobbying for results to supporting in the achievement of the same by highly motivated independent teams. The result obtained is a result of an accelerated improvement process.

Email represents the bad part of communication within organisations.
